Creating a clear and user-friendly reservation flow for Centro Domus, while supporting a complex internal approval process.

The goal is to reduce uncertainty by helping users understand availability, requirements, and what happens after submitting a request.

Together with by big friend José Panzo, we’re working on a solution that breaks the journey into clear, structured steps, making the process easier to follow for users and easier to manage internally — resulting in a more transparent and scalable experience.
